HARBINGER OF SPRING
iX Game Studio
Harbinger of Spring is still in ongoing development. Below is the annoucement trailer:
ABOUT THE GAME
Harbinger of Spring is a Free For All Multiplayer Shooter. Players compete against each other in a high mobility, objective based, arena. At the start of the match, one of the two extractors will spawn a container for the players to capture and deposit to one of the four drop off points.
When humanity first discovered the temple of the Aeonians, the great Tree's sap was a bountiful resource. Now, with the golden age of man past and resources scarce, battles wage for the last few drops of power to keep the light of civilization burning.
The temple of the Aeonians was built around their great Tree. The surrounding stone basin was once full of water, which quenched the roots of the great Tree. After human explorers arrived, their imprint rapidly encroached as large portals, research desks, and eventually weapon defenses were brought in.

MEET THE TEAM
iX Game Studio was formed by nine students in the Spring of 2019. As we built our capstone project, we wanted to challenge ourselves artistically and technically. Harbinger of Spring was born out of our love for shooters, and our desire to build something as large as possible.
Hello! I’m a systems designer and gameplay programmer from California. I love working on new systems and technical challenges. My favorite games are Frostpunk and Supreme Commander.
Art Director/ Technical Artist
Howdy, my name is Sean Graefen, the art director on the project. I flew all the way from Hawaii to become an environment artist, making games that people would enjoy, no matter how many times they played them. I’m a huge fan of both Halo and Fallout.
Hello, I was raised in Lake Orion, Michigan and followed my passion for games and art by studying as an environment artist. My favorite part about our work is how pieces large and small can be used to create a world of their own. I’m a sucker for most FPS games and RPGs, but I single out the Witcher 3 as my favorite.
Hello! I am an environment artist from New York. I specialize in digital sculpting, primarily in ZBrush. I also worked on most of the UI and HUD elements in the game. My favorite games series include Ni No Kuni, Dragon Quest, Zelda, and Pokemon.
Hi, I am an environment artist from Hong Kong. I can't drink milk but that's okay, I do it anyway. My favorite games are Animal Crossing, Pokemon and games that only look cool before the launch day.
Hey! I’m Jake Adams, an Environment Artist from Pennsylvania. I love telling stories through game levels and environments. My favorite games are the Batman Arkham franchise and the Uncharted series.
Hi, My name is Ashley Edwards and I’m an Environment Artist from North Carolina. I am passionate about video games, and love creating interactive environments. My favorite games are Stardew Valley and the Zelda franchise.
What's up! I'm a material artist from Oklahoma. I have a passion for making awesome fantasy and real-world textures that capture interesting designs and patterns. My favorite games are World of Warcraft and the inFamous series.
Hi! I’m Christopher Griffin, one of the Environment Artists on Harbinger of Spring. My focus is modeling and texturing. Bringing scenes to life through not only the art, but through storytelling and cinematics is something I love. My favorite games are Assassin’s Creed, Red Dead Redemption 2, and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.
