TRAILER
Harbinger of Spring is still in ongoing development. Below is the annoucement trailer:
GAMEPLAY
Harbinger of Spring is a Free For All Multiplayer Shooter. Players compete against each other in a high mobility, objective based, arena. At the start of the match, one of the two extractors will spawn a container for the players to capture and deposit to one of the four drop off points.
STORY
When humanity first discovered the temple of the Aeonians, the great Tree's sap was a bountiful resource. Now, with the golden age of man past and resources scarce, battles wage for the last few drops of power to keep the light of civilization burning.
ENVIRONMENT
The temple of the Aeonians was built around their great Tree. The surrounding stone basin was once full of water, which quenched the roots of the great Tree. After human explorers arrived, their imprint rapidly encroached as large portals, research desks, and eventually weapon defenses were brought in.
MEET THE TEAM
iX Game Studio was formed by nine students in the Spring of 2019. As we built our capstone project, we wanted to challenge ourselves artistically and technically. Harbinger of Spring was born out of our love for shooters, and our desire to build something as large as possible.
